Join us for the Oxford County Business Expo
BETHEL- The Rumford Falls Times is excited to announce that they will be attending the first Oxford County Business Expo being held at Telstar Regional High School on October 29 from 9 a.m. to 2 p.m. Businesses throughout Oxford County are invited to reserve their booth space for the low price of just $50 when they hold a membership to any of the Oxford County Chambers of Commerce.
Chamber director and chairman of the OCBE committee, Lynn Saxton, stated, “In this economy, thinking regionally, collaboratively and in partnership is clearly a way to assure that the business climate in the western portion of the state remains sustainable. Clearly, our residents are already patronizing businesses through the region, so our goal is to bring as many businesses as possible together under one venue to showcase their products and services.”
The first-ever event will also feature the popular and expanded event, Taste of Oxford County. Local restaurants will be on hand to allow samplings and purchases of their favorite foods. While dozens of retail shops will be allowed to also sell their goods during the event.
There will be exhibitor prizes for the best booth displays and they are a free display space at next year's show for first place, half price display space at next year's show for second place and one free e-notice advertisement for next year for coming in third place.
This event is open to the public from 10 a.m. until 2 p.m. on Saturday, October 29 and includes a special business-to-business networking event from 9 a.m. until 10 a.m. that morning.
Call the Bethel Chamber of Commerce at 824-2282 and reserve your space today and begin networking with other businesses to help increase your sales, learn how to better showcase your business and sell your products.
