8 oz. skim milk
3-4 ice cubes
2 scoops of ViSalus shake mix
1 medium banana
1 tbsp peanut butter
Directions: Blend well and serve in a chilled glass. Variations: use almond milk instead of skim milk. Use banana flavored mix instead of a real banana.
