St. Patrick's Day dinner

RUMFORD- On March 17, join the American Legion and S.G. Thibeault Funeral Home as they combine resources to bring a public supper in celebration of St. Patrick's Day and at the same time raise money to support Androscoggin HomeCare & Hospice.

“We see the great work the hospice is doing for families throughout the area,” noted Dan Gauvin, manager of the funeral home. “The hospice is in a lot of peoples' homes. They are really good with the families.”

Of the dinner, Gauvin noted that they have held fundraisers like this in the past, but this will be the first one held at the legion. The funeral home will provide dinner and dessert, while the American Legion will provide the space and cash bar.

Serving will begin at 5 p.m., with a $5 donation request to support Androscoggin HomeCare & Hospice.
