RUMFORD- Glen Craig is no amateur when it comes to customer service and he, along with Pam Sharkey, is waiting to greet you as you walk through the door at their 102 Congress St. location.

Glen is a 20-year veteran to retail service and in 2004 became licensed to sell insurance. He knew he needed to put together a team that would recognize sales opportunities and at the same time be motivated enough to go after them and follow through.

Pam Sharkey has been with State Farm Insurance since 2000 and is ready to assist you with all your insurance, investment and loan needs.

As part of a re-certification process, Sharkey is required to take courses each year and take part in continuing education classes. Glen Craig Insurance wants to insure you get the best product for your needs.

Glen prides himself on his marketing ethics, “I want to make myself available to past, present and future clients. You can find my office on television, radio and direct mailings. There's no place in the state you won't see my team. I have accounts in Kittery, Oquossoc and beyond.”

With the pride Glen has within the Rumford office, he also supports local events. Craig has even ventured beyond state lines and has been supporting victims of Hurricane Sandy by traveling to New York and New Jersey.
