RUMFORD -- 49 Franklin presents their second all new “Friday Night Live” performance from Nov. 8-10 in The Mystic Theater.
Returning cast members include writing director Lisa Picard, Scot Grassette, Jen Foster, Tammy Schmersal Burgess, Jeff Bailey, and returning only on video segments are Susie DeRoehn and Pete Orino. FNL welcomes new members Mike Brennick, Eric Schmersal, Amanda Hamner, Dawson Walton and Zac Calden.
Friday Night Live is based on the popular Saturday night Live format but this is all original, local humor, news, and parody. Local businesses, friends, neighbors and places are referenced throughout the performances. FNL is directed by Keith Grassette.
Special guest host is Mexico Fire Chief and small business owner Gary Wentzell, who will present his monologue and apprear in several skits. Musical guest is local favorites Jamie and Gary with some downhome foot stompin’ country hits.
Doors open at 5 p.m. for social seating and pub food, show starts at 7 p.m. Tickets are $15 and are available at All That Jazz, and Bartash's on Congress Street in Rumford and Tah-Dah on Main Street in Mexico. For more information call 369-0129 or go to www.49franklin.com.
