Autumn Ride for Autism
REGION -- Oxford County United Bikers of Maine and L-A Harley Davidson will present the second annual Autumn Ride for Autism this Sunday, rain of shine.
Departure is from L-A Harley Davidson dealership in Lewiston at 9:30 a.m. for a ride to Mt. Blue State Park and then back to L-A Harley. Registration is from 8-9:30 a.m. Cost is $10 per person for the ride, $10 per person for the meal. There will also be a 50/50 raffle. Everyone is welcome to join in; you don't need a motorcycle to participate.
At the end of the ride, there will be a meal of pork loin, chicken wrapped in bacon, beans, biscuits, coleslaw and dessert. While there, Matt and The Barnburners will perform.
All proceeds will benefit those with autism in Maine. Join them and make a difference for children with autism spectrum disorder. Autism is a developmental disability that results form a disorder of the human central nervous system.
