GRCC interviews on Channel 7

RUMFORD -- The Greater Rumford Community Center has produced an interview and testimonial DVD program that will be showing on WVAC-7, public access TV. Due to programming constraints, the segment will be tagged onto the "Department Heads Interviews" program during the next few days.
These important programs will run Wednesday (midnight, 2 p.m.), Thursday, (4 a.m., 6 p.m.), Friday, (8 a.m., 10 p.m.), and Saturday at noon.
The department heads Interviews program lasts about 56 minutes. The GRCC program will run right after it ends, and will last about 20 minutes.
The GRCC interviews are with the GRCC Program Director Bob Anderson, Cal Ripken youth baseball Program Director Ed Paterson, gymnastics Program Director Louanne Thibodeau, as well as Mindy Gorham, member of the GRCC’s Board of Directors, and Sgt. Tracy Higley and Sgt. Doug Maifield of the Rumford PD.
People will vote on the GRCC initiated article (recommended by the financial committee and selectpersons) on June 12. A "yes" vote will give all Rumford residents complimentary membership to the center beginning in September.
