Keep ME Well offered

REGION -- Are you looking for a way to find out what you can do to improve your health and stay well?

You can find help locally at the Rumford Public Library, Mexico Public Library, and Rumford Career Center. Keep ME Well is a free online tool that only takes about 10-15 minutes to complete, and is available to anyone 18 years or older living in Maine.

By logging onto KeepMeWell.org and answering a series of health questions, either on your personal computer or at these local sites, you will get three personalized reports. The reports assess your risk for chronic disease, highlight where you can take action to improve your health, and provide a list of local resources in your area that can help with disease prevention and management. One of the reports, helps Mainers, especially those who are uninsured or underinsured, learn about low cost healthcare services in their local area.

Keep ME Well is a program offered through the Healthy Maine Partnerships and the Maine CDC. For more information contact Carol Emery at the River Valley Healthy Communities 364-7408 - rvhcc@gwi.net.
