Survey on substance abuse

RIVER VALLEY -- The RVHCC is trying to get the public's opinion on substance abuse.
Community members interested in preventing youth substance use, RVHCC has created a survey as part of a community assessment process to be used to create a community action plan—a plan for you, by you.
They need to understand the concerns and community norms around youth drinking and substance use so that they can create effective solutions.
