FRANKLIN SAVINGS BANK STEALS THE SHOW-- AGAIN!

Franklin Savings Bank, with a Grinch-themed float, took home first place for the second year in a row and for the fifth time six years. Consequently, the Rumford Falls Times produced a Grinch-themed float in 2010 and took first place, breaking FSB's reign. Who will be the savings bank's friendly competition next year?
