Love despite Blizzard of 2013

The Friends on a Mission waitstaff is seen here during their Valentine’s banquet which was held despite the Blizzard of 2013 on February 9. The group hosted 47 people at the Peru Baptist Church to help them raise money for World Vision and to celebrate the special holiday. Donations totaled $800. The group held a bake sale at Marden’s this past Saturday and are looking forward to their 30-Hour Famine project on Friday. (Submitted photo)
