BALLOON MANIA -- Young and old alike had a terrific time at the Air-Head Balloon Festival Saturday at 49 Franklin in Rumford, with comic magician Scot Grassette and guest Jeremy Remian, who specializes in giant balloon creations. Here, everyone tries to balance balloons on their noses. The affordable event included a lunch, a magic show with balloons, games with balloons, instruction on making balloon creations and drawings for a variety of balloon gifts.
