Shawn Bedford Daley

RUMFORD -- Shawn Bedford Daley, 41, died on February 28, 2011 at his residence on Maine Avenue, Rumford.

He was born in Homestead, FL on March 30, 1969, the son of Hugh G. Daley. He graduated from Alamogordo High School in Alamogordo, New Mexico.

Shawn was employed as a maintenance man for Peter and Becky Robichaud in Rumford for many years.

He had attended the Dixfield Congregational Church. He enjoyed the outdoors, especially hunting and fishing and loved spending time with his family.

Survivors include his father, Hugh Daley and his wife, Vawn of Dixfield; daughter, Shawna Daley of Remus, MI; grandson, Landon Daley of Remus, MI; brothers, Michael Daley and wife, Mary of Alamogordo, NM, and Rusty Daley and wife, Lisa of Dixfield; a sister, Casey Robbins of Louisiana; and many, many cousins.

A celebration of Shawn’s Life will be held on Saturday, March 26 from noon to 4 p.m. at the Mexico Town Hall.
