Funeral services held for Delma L. LaPerle

RUMFORD -- A Mass of Christian Burial for Delma L. LaPerle of Portland and formerly of Rumford, was celebrated on Feb. 24, 2012 at Parish of the Holy Savior, St. Athanasius–St. John Church, with Fr. Phil Tracy as celebrant.
Altar Assistant was Bernard Poirier. Organist was Mark Belanger.
Music selections were Ave Maria, Be Not Afraid, Wind Beneath My Wings. Readings were given by Oscar Freitas and Doreen LaPerle Gallant. Eulogy was given by Devin Freitas. Words of remembrance was given by Lisa Freitas. Gift Presenters were Debby and Michael Kane.
Pall Bearers were Sarah LaPerle, Adam LaPerle, Devin Freitas, Alyssa Freitas, Matthew Kane and Joshua Kane.
Burial will be in the spring at St. John Cemetery, Rumford.
A reception followed in the Parish Hall of the Church.
Arrangements were under the care of Meader & Son Funeral Home, Rumford.
