Funeral services held for E. Harvey Manson, Jr.

RUMFORD -- A Mass of Christian Burial for E. Harvey Manson, Jr, of Peru was celebrated on February 15, 2012 at Parish of the Holy Savior, St. Athanasius-St. John Church, with Fr. Phil Tracy as celebrant.
Mark Belanger was organist. Bernard Poirier was Altar Assistant.
Readings were given by Brenda Garneau and Jay Gerrish. Eulogy was given by Jim Manson
Presenting the gifts were Gail and Phil Smith and Brian Manson.
Music selections were: Ave Maria, Sleep Soldier Boy, America the Beautiful, Hosea, and Because the Lord is My Shepherd.
Honor Guard from Fr. Ambrose J. Barry Council # 2091, Knights of Columbus included Edward Roach, Jr., Rod Kuhl, and Dane Curato.
Delegations in attendance included the American Legion, V.F.W., and the Chisholm Ski Club.
A reception followed at the V.F.W. Hall in Rumford.
Interment in the spring with Military Honors will be at St. John Cemetery, Rumford.
Arrangements were under the care of the Meader & Son Funeral Home, Rumford.
