Funeral services held for Albert “Butch” Barre

RUMFORD -- A Mass of Christian Burial for Albert “Butch” Barre was celebrated on November 27, 2010 at Parish of the Holy Savior.
Mark Belanger was the organist. Fr. Philip Tracy was the celebrant. Bernard Poirier was the altar server.
Gift bearers were his grandchildren, David and Sarah Barre. Music selections were Ave Maria, Amazing Grace, Be Not Afraid, and Let There Be Peace On Earth. Readings were done by his son Greg Barre and grandson Adam Barre. The eulogy was given by his daughter-in-law, Sue Barre.
Pallbearers were Emil Barre, Norman Barre, Dan Barre, Roger Bosse, Dan Grenier and Mike Barre.
Interment was in St. John Cemetery. A reception followed in the parish hall.
Services were under the care of SG Thibault Funeral Home, Rumford.
