Maurice F. Hart Sr.
SOUTH PARIS -- Maurice F. Hart Sr., 60, of Bethel passed away on January 22, 2011 at the Market Square Health Care Center.
He was born in Bethel on September 24, 1950, the son of Harley W. and Virginia Cole Hart. He graduated from Woodstock High School and had been employed at S.A.D. #44 as a bus driver and mechanic for most of his life.
He served in the U. S. Army for two years.
He married Yvonne Leonard on August 29, 1969. He was an avid sportsman, hunting and fishing. He loved all the wonderful family cook outs and holidays, playing spiderman with his grandson Dakota, playing cards and games with his grandson, Lucas, watching TV with his granddaughter, Lexie and sharing hunting stories with his granddaughters, Ashley and Nichole.
He also enjoyed weekend dances with family and friends.
He is survived by his wife, Yvonne of Bethel; son, Maurice Hart, Jr.; daughter, Brenda Hart; son, Tony Hart and his wife Jennifer, son, Tracy Hart, son Mark McPherson and his wife Courtney; grandchildren, Ashley, Nichole, Lucas, Dakota, Tanner, Lexie-Ann, Emma, Allen, Andrew and Leo III; great grandson, Aiden; his siblings, Earl and Pat Hart, Hazel and Roger Paine, Ruby Coolidge, Frank Hart , Pauline Mills, Susie and Bud Buckman and Lois and Buster Chase; cousins, nieces, nephews, great nieces, great nephews, great great nieces and great great nephews. He was predeceased by his parents; and siblings, Nelson, Virginia, Harland and Howard.
