RUMFORD -- Patricia J. Packard, 66, of Congress Street, Rumford died unexpectedly on December 8, 2010 at her residence.
She was born in Eustis on February 8, 1944, a daughter of Armand and Marion G. (Oakes) Brault.
Patricia was educated in Dixfield schools.
She was employed for many years with Diamond National and Stowell Magregors, as well as local shoe factories and local convenience stores.
Patricia enjoyed cooking, crocheting, reading, playing beano and pogo. In her younger years, she enjoyed camping and fishing.
Surviving are her daughters, Twilight Meader and husband, Bill of Hughesville, PA, Melody Bowie and husband, Bennie, Jr. of Carthage, and Molly Packard of Rumford; five sisters, Charlotte Jordan of Livermore Falls, Anita Weston and husband, Bob of Carthage, Cheryl Conant and husband, Brett of Mexico, Sue Frost and husband, Les of Mexico, and Rhonda Blood and husband, Harvey of Rumford; a brother, Gerald Brault and wife, Katherine of Gray; six grandchildren, Justin, Brandi, Lucien, Autumn, Courtney, and Tyler; a great-granddaughter Aalyia; and many nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews.
She was predeceased by her parents; a sister, Sandra Brault; and former husband, Arthur Packard.
Spring interment will be in Greenwood Cemetery in Dixfield.
