The Chamber Chatter
I hope everyone has recovered from the latest storm! Right now I am thinking of the spring/summer because we are planning the seasonal activities now and are getting organized.
The Easter egg hunt is coming up soon and some of the volunteers are sorting the ducks for the upcoming summer duck races.
Just a note to mention the volunteers, they dedicate their time and are quite amazing. My office is in the back of the Center and I hear the daily interaction between them and our numerous visitors. It is amazing the amount of knowledge that these volunteers possess and share with visitors from Cape Elizabeth to North Cape, New Zealand.
If you get a chance stop by the Center and speak with one of the volunteers and thank them for their dedication to their community. If you do visit us please be careful entering the parking area especially the side closest to Morse Bridge.
Our feathered friends (the ducks) have adopted the middle of the area to roost. Even with a toot of the horn they do not want to move so I now choose to enter the northern entrance to allow them that space.
Our friends at the What Not Shop are now featuring their spring fashions. Also on St. Patrick’s Day select anything green and you get 50% off that item.
