Thanks for supporting Carthage Halloween

To the Editor:

October 20 was the first annual Halloween Event and Social in Carthage. Many people came out for the haunted house and they were not disappointed.

Everyone enjoyed bowling, color pages, goodie bags, socializing, and snack and drinks.

Would like to thank the following businesses, groups and people:

The Oxford Lanes Bowling and Recreation Center for the offer of help; the Webb River Valley ATV Club for a donation ; the Webb River Valley Snowmobile Club for the use of their clubhouse; the Town of Carthage for the use of the town room and Carthage Community Center (old grange); the people of the Carthage events; all the people who helped; and those who donated the bottles that fund the Halloween, Christmas and Easter events.
