The Chamber Chatter

This will be my last Chatter for a couple of weeks as I will be going on a two-week vacation on the coast with my family (and I mean all my family!). A place we have been going since I was a year old (the year the campground opened) and they are celebrating their 60th anniversary.

Soon you will be able to purchase your “Stash For Cash” tickets with the first drawing on November 1st for $50 and every weekday for the month of November with a bonus day each week when the prize is $200! You can win more than once as your name goes back into the “pot”. The tickets will soon be available at the Rumford Information Center and many local businesses that will display the, “Stash For Cash Tickets Available” sign.

On Saturday, there will be a Body by Vi Challenge Party at the Andover Congregational Church (during Andover Olde Home Days) from 8 a.m. until noon. If you want to slim down, shape up, or completely transform your body over the next 90-days you will want to attend.

Visit the Mexico Chicken Coop and say hi to Catherine. The “Coop” is featuring their famous bite size turkey nuggets, fried clams, and an extensive menu of great items. Upstairs is the lounge where you could have any type of party, reunion or celebration with a new catering menu including, finger rolls, salads, lasagna, stuffed haddock and just too many items to list here.
