Flags are now flying

To the Editor:
In response to an unsigned letter I recently received applauding my assistance concerning the flag pole repair at the Peru Post Office but wondering about the condition of the Mexico Post Office’s flag pole, as of about 3 p.m. on Nov. 23, 2012, the flags are now flying.
Gary Wentzell and the Mexico Fire Department were instrumental in helping to replace the defective rope.
