Thanks for supporting Culture of Compassion

To the Editor:
On behalf of the Culture of Compassion, I would like say a huge thank you to the many local businesses (and some not so local) who helped make our event the success it was.
We thank the following from the bottom of our hearts: Walmart, Hannaford, Family Dollar, Oxford Federal Credit Union, Maine Street Dental Hygience, Bisson and Hebert, Larsen's Auto Service, Jake's Garage, Auto Tech, Northland True Value, UHaul (Auburn), The Maine Press, House of Beauty, Rumford House of Pizza, Rumford Hospital, Meader & Son, Sherri Turbide of Paradise Salon, Simply the Best, McDonald's, Barilla Pasta, Country Kitchen, Northeast Coffee, Pepsi, Joe Robinson of Jarato's Screenprinting, BJ's Wholesale Warehouse, Dr. Beddette (Orthodontist), Amato's, Free Store, Good Deal Neil, Sunday River Farms, Tri-County Mental Health, Oriental Trading, Praise Assembly, Rumford Baptist, Emmanuel Assembly, Full Gospel Assembly and the many private donors and volunteers.
We would not have been able to make some of our purchases from the Good Shepherd Food-Bank without you. We accomplished our goal of caring for the people of the River Valley by serving them with a servant's heart.
