Be part of the solution
To the Editor:
Here in Dixfield, we have a man who is a genius. He has all the answers to the problems our town is having, plus many of the problems the towns surrounding us as well.
Why he is wasting that knowledge is beyond me. Why not become a selectman, join the planning boards, finance committee, economic development committee or any organization that looks to make the town better? He seems to have the time to attend all the meetings but waits till the decision are made and then criticizes them.
Why not be on a committee to help make the suggestions, especially since he has all the answers. With all this time, why not be a part of the solution and not part of the problem? Being that smart, any of the organizations would be happy to have a man with such knowledge to be there to help plan our town's future.
It’s easy to only sit back and wait till decisions are made and then jump all over them. Why not sign up to make those decisions and show your superior experiences for the betterment of Dixfield? I think all of the committees in town have an opening for someone with all the answers. And oh, by the way, here’s your sign.
