Support for Matt Peterson

To the Editor:
For over 12 years, I have lived in this great country but I have never had the opportunity to vote because I have not been a citizen of the United States.
But on October 26, I will proudly recite the Oath of Allegiance and become a citizen of this country.
The first time I vote as an American citizen, I will be very proud to vote for Rep. Matt Peterson. During the time he has been in the Legislature, he has been a very responsive state representative. When I needed some help in Augusta, I knew I could count on Matt to be supportive.
He has always been willing to listen to my concerns and to guide me in resolving problems. He has been a tireless worker on behalf of many people in this area and I personally am very grateful that Matt Peterson is my representative in Augusta.
I will be proud to help re-elect Rep. Matt Peterson on November 6. He has worked very hard on our behalf and I feel fortunate to have such an intelligent, responsive and caring person as my representative in Augusta.
