Support for Sheryl Briggs

To the Editor:
Sheryl Briggs has served our state and her district for three terms with an impeccable record and is looking to continue her faithful work for her fourth concurrent term. She is a compassionate lady and very dedicated to local needs.  
She continues to only support programs that better serve both her district towns and citizens for the State of Maine.  As a local woman who grew up in Mexico, she understands the needs of our area and Western Maine. She is a dedicated employee of the Town of Mexico and has worked with the public for many years.  
She is endeared to those in Mexico and neighboring towns who know her personally, professionally and in public office. Her desire to support the local community and its citizens, including war veterans, has been instrumental in her continued work as a state representative.  People can give to their communities in many ways, through service organizations, charity work and church. 

Although her challenging life journey has taken many turns, she feels that serving the area is her calling with the altruistic manner in which she gives.  I am a resident of Rumford, but have a local business office in Mexico and speak with Sheryl often.  Although I can't cast a vote, as a friend and fellow believer in a higher cause, please support Sheryl Briggs for re-election.
