Support for Lisa Keim

To the Editor:

New leadership is absolutely necessary to begin to resolve the many issues facing the State of Maine. Lisa Keim is a bold choice to represent Maine residents in Augusta going forward.

Lisa, a native of western Maine herself, will be an active voice for our River Valley region.

One of the largest issues facing us surrounds the welfare program. While an important program hen utilized properly, it cannot represent a way of life for those who are able to work. Therefore, we need someone in Augusta who will streamline this system in order to curtail the current corruption, which has led to the overwhelming financial burden to the state. Lisa Keim has an effective plan to restructure the welfare system to restrict such corruption.

Lisa is committed to working with other Republicans, as well as Democrats, to pass the legislation needed in Maine. When you vote on Nov. 6, remember who actually has a plan to reform welfare, as well as bring jobs back to Maine.
