How is "hiring wind" any different?

To the Editor:

When we will learn that unreliability (i.e. a form of untrustworthiness; the trait of lacking a sense of responsibility and not feeling accountable for your actions) leads to miserable results.

The housing market collapse exposed this in a very simple way. People who cannot afford a mortgage can not be relied on.

Here we go again, wind power, unreliable, or as Governor Baldacci said, “Maine has tremendous wind power resources, both onshore and offshore. But wind power is intermittent. There are times when the weather just doesn’t cooperate."

Governor, how many state employees have you hired that just won’t cooperate?

How is “hiring wind" any different?
