Clarification

Regarding the child custody case of Makenzi Cray, Jessi Briscoe states she has permission to place flyers about her daughter in this area, as confirmed by Mexico Police Lt. Roy Hodsdon. When Briscoe inquired about placing flyers in Mexico, he told her to contact the town manager's office, where that permission was granted. Similar permission was sought by Briscoe and granted in other towns.
