RUMFORD — The following cases were recently closed in the 11th District Court:
Timothy R. Doble, 24, Mexico, domestic violence assault on Feb. 19, transferred to Superior Court.
Garrick Frost, 38, South Paris, violating fishing rule on April 1, offense committed, fined $100.
Brice C. Gammon, 31, Andover, failing to stop for officer, operation of defective vehicle, operating under the influence-no
test, one prior, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior on April 25, sent to jury trial on all charges.
Charles L. Gannon Jr., 19, Mexico, operating vehicle without license on Feb. 17, found guilty, fined $200.
Christopher M. Labbe, 40, Dixfield, domestic violence assault, assault, violating condition of release on Feb. 5, all charges dismissed.
Adrienne P. Leblanc, 45, Bethel, operating under the influence-one prior on April 2, 2011, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 12 days in jail, license suspended three years.
Christopher L. Maurier, 29, Brentwood, NH, failure to provide and display registration on Feb. 20, 2012, offense committed, fined $100.
Jason R. Mckenna, 46, Mexico, operate vehicle on snowmobile trail on March 13, offense committed, fined $100.
Nicole R. Petillo, 29, Gilead, operating under the influence on Dec. 9, 2011, sent to jury trial.
Gabriele Stoppini, 27, West Bethel, driving to endanger, operating under the influence on March 10, sent to jury trail on both charges.
