RUMFORD — The following cases were recently closed in the 11th District Court:

Dennis J. Arsenault, 63, Rumford, passing stopped school bus on Oct. 6, 2011, found guilty, fined $200.

Nicole M. Belskis, 27, Mexico, failing to make oral or written accident report on Nov. 4, 2011, found guilty, fined $250.

Belinda Briere, 45, Rumford, allow minor to possess or consume liquor on March 9, sent to jury trial.

Jessica L. Bryant, 28, Rumford, disorderly conduct, fighting on Jan. 2, found guilty, fined $150.

Jason D. Buotte, 29, Dixfield, driving to endanger on Nov. 19, 2011, found guilty, fined.

Christie A. Castillo, 37, Wareham, MA, cruelty to animals on Sept. 20, 2010, offense committed, fined $500, restitution of $55.37.

Candace Cody, 36, Canton, keeping dangerous dog on Sept. 29, 2011, dismissed.

Eric E. Collins, 30, Wilmington, MA, domestic violence assault on Jan. 16, 2011, dismissed.

Cory A. Deroehn, 23, Rumford, hunt or possess moose during closed season, night hunting on Oct. 8, 2011, found guilty on first charge, fined $1,000, sentenced to three days in jail; found guilty on second charge, fined $1,000, sentenced to three days in jail.

Jeremy Ronald Duguay, 26, Rumford, domestic violence assault on April 15, sent to jury trial.

Matthew S. Dyke, 35, Peru, failure to register vehicle, attaching false plates on Feb. 17, found guilty on first charge, fined $100, found guilty on second charge, fined $100.

Jason L. Fournier, 31, Greenwood, theft by unauthorized use of property on Dec. 3, 2011, sent to jury trial.

John P. Freeman, 46, Rumford, violating condition of release on Dec. 23, 2011, found guilty, fined $100.

Keith E. Gaudet, 23, Dixfield, violating condition of release on April 8, sent to jury trial.

Tracy L. Gauvin, 46, Rumford, domestic violence assault on April 21, sent to jury trial.

Jesse L. Gray, 37, Peru, violating condition of release, violating protective order on April 27, sent to jury trial on both charges.

Charles A. Jobin, 58, Mexico, operating under the influence-one prior on March 17, sent to jury trial.

Peter H. MacCulloch, Upton, attaching false plates, failure to register vehicle on March 20, both charges dismissed.

Alexander M. MacKerron, 23, Auburn, allow minor to possess or consume liquor on Dec. 8, 2011, found guilty, fined $500.

Winston A. Nickerson III, 36, Rumford, domestic violence assault on April 21, sent to jury trial.

Sara J. Paquette, 20, Rumford, disorderly conduct, fighting on Oct. 5, 2011, found guilty, fined $150.

Joseph W. Patenaude, 22, Bethel, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on April 15, 2011, dismissed.

Jesse A. Peterson, 31, Rumford, violating condition of release on Sept. 3, 2011, found guilty, fined $250.

Jake T. Pomeroy, 23, Dixfield, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, up to 1¼ ounces on Oct. 21, 2011, first charge dismissed; second charge offense committed, fined $350.

Loriann M. Rumley, 48, Canton, operating while license suspended or revoked on Nov. 28, 2011, filed with no cost.

Colleen A. Slebzak, 30, Jay, operating under the influence-one prior on Feb. 22, found guilty, fined $500, license suspended 90 days.

Brian Sweeney, 31, Rumford, possessing revoked, mutilated, fictitious or fraudulent license/ID card on Nov. 28, 2011, found guilty, fined $100.

Christopher Lee Touchette, 27, Rumford, driving to endanger, operating under the influence-one prior on Oct. 22, 2011, found guilty on first charge, fined $575, license suspended 90 days; second charge dismissed.

Dennis J. Casko, 41, Upton, fail to appear for disclosure or contempt hearing on May 5, 2011, dismissed.

Jason Chojnicki, 38, Warren, Vt., possession of marijuana, up to 1¼ ounces on April 28, offense committed, fined $350.

Zachary M. Gallant, 23, Carthage, operating under the influence on July 29, 2010, sent to jury trial.

Joshua K. Henderson, 21, Peru, operating under the influence on Feb. 18, sent to jury trial.

Joseph P. Hoff, 41, West Paris, operating after habitual offender revocation on April 7, sent to jury trial.

Richard H. Powell, 70, Hanover, failing to stop for officer, operating under the influence-one prior, operate vehicle without license-condition/restriction on March 8, sent to jury trial on all charges.

Micah D. Swallow, 23, Houlton, possession of marijuana, up to 1¼ ounces on April 9, offense committed, fined $350.

Daniel M. Wright, 46, Stratham, N.H., driving to endanger, operating under the influence-no test, motor vehicle speeding: 30-plus mph over speed limit on April 7, sent to jury trial on all charges.
