RUMFORD — The following cases were recently closed in the 11th District Court:

Justin R. Saar, 32, Turner, operating unregistered snowmobile on Jan. 22, offense committed, fined $200.

William Scott Schisler, 22, East Dixfield, operating under the influence on Dec. 23, 2011, found guilty, fined $700, sentenced to 48 hours in jail, license suspended 90 days.

Amber Spear, 24, Canton, cruelty to animals on Oct. 12, 2011, dismissed.

Tyler J. Thayer, 24, Bethel, driving to endanger on Jan. 13, sent to jury trial.

Tina M. Thomas, 41, Rumford, curfew violation on Oct. 18, 2011, offense committed, fined $100.

Nicholas R. Varnum, 21, Mexico, violating condition of release, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 27, 2011, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, unconditional discharge.

Nicholas R. Varnum, 21, Mexico, possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 ounces, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Sept. 19, 2011, first offense committed, fined $350; second offense dismissed.

Jeremy K. Vashaw, 39, Rumford, operate while license suspended or revoked, prior on Sept. 14, 2011, dismissed.

John H. Hall, 59, North Grafton, operating unregistered snowmobile on Feb. 26, offense committed, fined $200.

Charles C. Healey, 25, Raymond, N.H., fail to provide and display registration on Feb. 20, offense committed, fined $100.

Kenneth J. Labrecque, 47, Dixfield, criminal mischief on Jan. 19, dismissed.

Sean Thomas Mcdonough, 30, Harrison, operate while license suspended or revoked, prior, violating condition of release on March 24, found guilty to first charge, fined $500, sentenced to 24 hours in jail; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 24 hours in jail.

Justin J. Merchant, 24, Bryant Pond, violating condition of release on March 11, sent to jury trial.

Kirk Rogers, 43, Lisbon, enter or cause a projectile to enter a place illegally on Oct. 17, 2011, offense committed, fined $100.

Cody M. Winchester, 19, Albany Township, assault on Feb. 12, sent to jury trial.

Robert C. Duffturcotte, Stoneham, MA, domestic violence stalking, domestic violence terrorizing, violation of protective order on April 4, sent to jury trial on all charges.

Yves H. Baribeau, 25, Bethel, possession of marijuana, up to 1¼ ounce on Jan. 25, by default, fined $350.

Norman L. Beaupre, 59, Auburn, operating while license suspended or revoked on Jan. 13, filed with no cost.

Theodore W. Bernard, 46, Mexico, operate vehicle without license on Jan. 18, found guilty, fined $200.

Phillip E. Ellis, 51, Canton, operating under the influence-no test on Dec. 14, 2011, found guilty, fined $1,000, sentenced to nine months all but 30 days suspended, probation of one year, licenses suspended 90 days.
