RUMFORD -- The following cases were recently closed in the 11th District Court:
Robert C. Duffturcotte, Stoneham, MA, domestic violence stalking, domestic violence terrorizing, violation of protective order on April 4, sent to jury trial on all charges.
John H. Hall, 59, North Grafton, operating unregistered snowmobile on Feb. 26, offense committed, fined $200.
Charles C. Healey, 25, Raymond, NH, fail to provide and display registration on Feb. 20, offense committed, fined $100.
Kenneth J. Labrecque, 47, Dixfield, criminal mischief on Jan. 19, dismissed.
Sean Thomas Mcdonough, 30, Harrison, operate while license suspended or revoked, prior, violating condition of release on March 24, found guilty to first charge, fined $500, sentenced to 24 hours in jail; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 24 hours in jail.
Justin J. Merchant, 24, Bryant Pond, violating condition of release on March 11, sent to jury trial.
Kirk Rogers, 43, Lisbon, enter or cause a projectile to enter a place illegally on Oct. 17, 2011, offense committed, fined $100.
Cody M. Winchester, 19, Albany Township, assault on Feb. 12, sent to jury trial.
