Aeon Beaudet, 49, Canton, obstructing report of crime, assault on March 13, sent to jury trial on both charges.

Clifford G. Burns, 29, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 ounces on Jan. 5, first charge dismissed; offense committed on second charge, fined $350.

Sarah R. Casey, 29, Peru, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Jan. 29, found guilty, fined $100.

Jacob P. Daigneault, 22, Rumford, violating condition of release on Oct. 31, 2011, found guilty, fined $100.

Richard G. Degen, 43, Rumford, operating under the influence on Oct. 7, 2011, found guilty, fined $650, sentenced to 48 hours in jail, license suspended 90 days.

Richard G. Degen, 42, Mexico, violating condition of release, domestic violence assault on April 22, found guilty on first charge, fined $250; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 60 days in jail all suspended, probation of one year.

Katelyn E. Giasson, 23, Peru, operating under the influence, operating while license suspended or revoked on March 7, found guilty on first charge, fined $500, license suspended 90 days; found guilty on second charge, fined $250.

Cheryl Heald, 61, Upton, fish violation of number, amount, weight or size on May 27, found guilty, fined $120.

Wayne R. Ingham, Jr., 23, Rumford, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Dec. 30, 2011, by default, fined $300.

Penelope B. Knox, 48, Mexico, violating condition of release on June 14, found guilty, sentenced to 36 hours in jail.

Morgan E. Lawson, 23, Rumford, possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 ounces on Dec. 15, 2011, offense committed, fined $350.
