RUMFORD — The following cases were recently closed in the 11th District Court:

Jesse R. Arsenault, 25, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 ounces on Oct. 7, 2011, first offense committed, fined $300; second offense committed, fined $350.

John S. Auran, 46, Gearhart, Ore., operating under the influence on July 30, 2011, found guilty, fined $1,000, license suspended 90 days.

Brian A. Bragdon, 38, Mexico, theft by deception on Nov. 4, 2011, found guilty, fined $750, restitution of $501.

Michael E. Bryer Jr., 34, Bryant Pond, permit unlawful use on Jan. 29, found guilty, fined $100.

Michael E. Bryer Jr., 34, Bryant Pond, possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 ounces on Jan. 29, offense committed, fined $350.

Crystal Lee Buotte, 25, Rumford, failure to register vehicle on Jan. 11, found guilty, fined $100.

Jeremy Lee Gallant, 37, Rumford, operate vehicle without license-condition/restriction on Jan. 21, found guilty, fined $150.

Earl Stephen Gerrish, 43, Rumford, two counts of theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on May 17, sent to jury trial on both charges.

Leann M. Gibbons, 23, Mexico, possession of marijuana, up to 1.25 ounces on Dec. 28, 2011, offense committed.

Timothy C. Gurnee, 20, South Portland, minor possessing liquor on Jan. 3, dismissed.

Thomas Henderson, 23, Dixfield, operating under the influence on March 31, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours in jail, license suspended 90 days.

Martin A. Holmquist, 33, Peru, operating while license suspended or revoked on April 3, found guilty, fined $250.

Dana V. Ingerson Jr., 25, Canton, domestic violence assault on March 3, sent to jury trial.

Alysha R. Laurinaitis, 20, Mexico, minor possessing liquor on Feb. 10, offense committed, fined $600.

Evelyn M. Leclerc, 74, Rumford, driving to endanger on Jan. 23, found guilty, fined $575.
