District Court news

RUMFORD -- The following cases were heard recently in 11th District Court:

Kirby R. Averill, 19, Rumford, minor consuming liquor on April 28, offense committed, fined $100.

John Patrick Bernard, 47, Mexico, violating condition of release on March 5, sent to jury trial.

Treasa Bernard, 40, Rumford, disorderly conduct-loud unreasonable noise on June 11, sent to jury trial.

Bruce W. Clark, 51, Dixfield, operating ATV under the influence over 21 on May 19, found guilty, fined $400.

Jonathan B. Downs, 30, Andover, operating under the influence on April 27, sent to jury trial.

Alex L. Gagnon, 21, Rumford, possession of fireworks on June 16, offense committed, fined $75.

Dylan Gallant, 19, Mexico, minor possessing liquor on June 28, offense committed, fined $100.

Ryan Graham, 19, Mexico, allowing minor to possess or consume liquor on May 19, found guilty, fined $575.

Gavin A. Halacy, 20, Mexico, minor possessing liquor on June 22, by default, fined $100.

Francis M. Keggins, 66, Wilton, attaching false plates on May 21, found guilty, fined $100.

Steven Letarte, 18, Rumford, minor consuming liquor on April 28, offense committed, fined $100.

Jennifer M. Malchisky, 30, Dixfield, attaching false plates on Jan. 19, found guilty, fined $100.

Kenneth Mason, 34, Sumner, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on May 30, by default, fined $300.

Matthew W. Mowatt, 22, Rumford, furnishing liquor to a minor on June 13, found guilty, fined $500.

Michael B. Pelosi, 29, Bethel, possession of marijuana-up to 1¼ ounces on June 9, by default, fined $350.

Leo Jon Senna, 42, Onset, MA, refusing to submit to arrest or detention-refusing to stop on June 16, found guilty, fined $250.

Thomas H. Sweetser, 48, Bryant Pond, operating while license suspended or revoked-prior on June 21, found guilty, fined $500.

Asher M. White, 20, South Paris, minor consuming liquor on May 20, offense committed, fined $100.

Charles P. V. Wilkins, 18, Peru, minor possessing liquor on April 28, offense committed, fined $100.
