RUMFORD -- The following cases were heard recently in 11th District Court:

Timothy Bartlett, 18, New Gloucester, motor vehicle speeding, 30-plus mph over speed limit on April 30, dismissed.

Macy J. Blaisdell, 32, Bethel, two counts of violating condition of release on July 16, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 48 hours.

Kelly J. Blodgett Jr., 21, Rumford, operating while license suspended or revoked on May 19, filed with cost.

Robert N. Bradford, 20, Rumford, allowing minor to possess or consume liquor on March 17, dismissed.

Robert N. Bradford, 20, Rumford, minor consuming liquor on March 17, dismissed.

Heidi L. Cantelo, 42, Dixfield, operating under the influence-one prior on June 3, sent to jury trial.

Deborah J. Chamberlain, 30, Rumford, endangering the welfare of a child on June 5, found guilty, sentenced to 90 days, all suspended, administrative release sentence one year.

Deborah J. Chamberlain, 30, Rumford, endangering the welfare of a child on May 31, dismissed.

Theodore M. Collins, 23, Laconia, N.H., possession of marijuana, up to 1¼ ounces, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on April 28, both charges dismissed.

Theodore M. Collins IV, 23, Laconia, N.H., operating under the influence on April 28, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to 48 hours, license suspended 90 days.

Nicole L. Couture, 43, Peru, passing stopped school bus on March 28, dismissed.

Patrick L. Daggett, 41, Mexico, operating while license suspended or revoked on March 3, found guilty, fined $250.

Lorrie A. Doherty, 35, Rumford, disorderly conduct, loud unreasonable noise, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusing to stop on July 2, found guilty on first charge, fined $200; second charge dismissed.

Jeffrey R. Dolloff, 48, Peru, domestic violence assault on Oct. 26, 2011, dismissed.

Zachary O. Downs, 19, Bethel, two counts of furnishing liquor to a minor on April 13, both charges dismissed.

Zachary O. Downs, 19, Bethel, minor possessing liquor on April 13, offense committed, fined $400.

Casey C. Flagg, 33, Carthage, domestic violence assault, cruelty to animals on June 11, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to six months; second charge dismissed.

Patrick J. Gallagher, 52, Rumford, littering on April 12, by default, fined $75.

David A. Gallant, 49, West Haven, Conn., operating under the influence, driving to endanger, reckless conduct on April 27, first and second charges dismissed; found guilty on third charge, fined $750.

John R. Gallant, 18, Peru, possession of marijuana, up to 1¼ ounces on May 1, by default, fined $350.

Derrick L. Gammon, 42, Mexico, violating condition of release on May 31, found guilty, sentenced to 24 hours.

Leann M. Gibbons, 23, Mexico, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 5, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Sept. 7, violating condition of release on Sept. 12, found guilty on first charge, sentenced to 48 hours, restitution of $71; found guilty on second charge, sentenced to 48 hours; third charge dismissed.

Louis Guma, 29, Manchester, N.H., rule violation, operation with false duty on April 3, filed with no cost.

Matthew Haines, 19, Peru, operating vehicle without license, failing to stop for officer on April 13, found guilty on first charge, fined $200; second charge dismissed.

Joshua F. Hodgkins, 29, Mexico, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Feb. 16, sent to jury trial.

Allen M. Hodgson, Dixfield, operating vehicle without license on March 23, found guilty, fined $100.

Jack Hogan, 24, Portsmouth, N.H., operating under the influence-no test, driving to endanger on June 24, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $500, license suspended 30 days.

Brandon E. Holmes, 26, Mexico, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusing to stop, violating condition of release on April 29, found guilty on first charge, fined $250; found guilty on second charge, fined $250.

Melinda L. Howe, 39, Rumford, domestic violence assault on May 16, found guilty, sentenced to 60 days, all suspended, one year probation.

Thomas Knowlton, 53, Lisbon, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on Oct. 13, 2011, found guilty, fined $150, restitution of $137.

Damen J. Korhonen, 21, Canton, refusing to submit to arrest or detention, refusing to stop on March 22, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours.

March Mackerron, 22, Rumford, operating while license suspended or revoked on April 15, found guilty, fined $250.

Kimberly A. Marston, 50, Mexico, allowing dog to be at large on March 25, filed with no cost.

Aaron G. McCaffrey, 27, Rumford, criminal trespass on April 23, found guilty, fined $100.

Jesse R. McClay, 24, Rumford, two counts of assault on Nov. 28., 2010, both charges dismissed.

Mark A. Merrill, 41, Bethel, operating ATV on land of another without permission, operating truck or passenger vehicle on ATV trail, possession of marijuana, up to 1¼ ounces, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on April 18, first charge dismissed; second charge offense committed, fined $100; third charge dismissed; fourth charge offense committed, fined $300.

Dakota J. Meserve, 19, Rumford, possession of marijuana, up to 1¼ ounces, offense committed, fined $350.

Joshua J. Messier, 29, Rumford, criminal mischief on May 19, found guilty, sentenced to 48 hours, restitution of $250.

Leah. M. St. Hilaire, 19, Sabattus, minor possessing liquor on May 4, offense committed, fined $200.

Zachery D. Szalma, 19, Greenwood, two counts of allowing minor to possess or consume liquor, operating vehicle without license-condition/restriction, minor transporting liquor on April 13, first, second and third charges dismissed; found guilty on fourth charge, fined $250, license suspended 30 days.
