RUMFORD -- The following cases were heard recently in Rumford District Court:

Joel D. Richard, 25, Mexico, violating protective order on May 3, found guilty, fined $250.

Shelley Rose, 48, Livermore Falls, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on April 5, by default, fined $300.

Colleen A. Slebzak, 30, Jay, failure to register vehicle on Feb. 5, found guilty, fined $50.

Leah. M. St. Hilaire, 19, Sabattus, minor possessing liquor on May 4, offense committed, fined $200.

Zachery D. Szalma, 19, Greenwood, two counts of allowing minor to possess or consume liquor, operating vehicle without license-condition/restriction, minor transporting liquor on April 13, first, second and third charges dismissed; found guilty on fourth charge, fined $250, license suspended 30 days.

Zachery D. Szalma, 19, Greenwood, operation of defective vehicle on April 13, found guilty, fined $100.

Johnathan W. Taylor, 27, Westbrook, operating while license suspended or revoked, violating condition of release on Dec. 7, 2011, found guilty on first charge, fined $250; second charge dismissed.

Bryan J. Thibodeau, 21, South Portland, passing stopped school bus on April 6, 2011, dismissed.

Joshua J. Walker, 21, Lisbon Falls, operating while license suspended or revoked, violating condition of release on March 3, first charge dismissed; found guilty on second charge, fined $250.

Jonathan McCaffrey, 23, Rumford, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 4, found guilty, fined $200, restitution of $21.

Carl L. Parise, 22, Mexico, possession of marijuana, up to 1¼ ounces, sale and use of drug paraphernalia, on Nov. 5, 2011, offense committed, fined $350 on first charge; offense committed, fined $350 on second charge.

Gerald F. Pelletier, 46, Mexico, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior on March 4, found guilty, fined $500.

Marybeth Perry, 33, Dixfield, domestic violence assault on April 16, dismissed.

Alyssa Porter, 23, Mexico, failure to register vehicle on Feb. 27, found guilty, fined $100.

Levi R. Rajaniemi, 21, Rumford, possession of marijuana, up to 1¼ ounces on March 2, offense committed, fined $400.

Aaron B. Robin, 27, Rumford, disorderly conduct, fighting on May 21, 2011, found guilty, fined $100.

Mark W. Sanborn, 42, Gilead, allowing dog to be at large on Feb. 24, offense committed, fined $300.

George Arthur Scott, 44, Eustis, operating under the influence on Aug. 28, 2011, found guilty, fined $500, sentenced to two days, license suspended 90 days.

Peter J. Spadea, 38, Rumford, domestic violence assault on May 17, found guilty, sentenced to 90 days, all but one day suspended, probation one year.

Scott M. Taylor, 41, Dixfield, theft by unauthorized taking or transfer on March 2, found guilty, fined $100.

Sylvia W. Thompson, 25, Greenwood, operating while license suspended or revoked, prior on March 9, found guilty, fined $500.

Kelly L. Waterhouse, 37, Rumford, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Feb. 29, offense committed, fined $350.
