Talk about community involvement and generosity! Nicols Brothers Logging, Inc. lends a bridge to the Town of Rumford after the wrath of Irene! As I understand it, there would have been quite a wait for the families in the Swain Road area and beyond before they would have been able to use that part of the road. This affected not only the families in the proximity but also school buses, emergency vehicles, commuters, workers, etc. on a daily basis. Thanks to Jim and Carlene for their quick thinking and caring about the community.
