    Charges

    Jan. 30 at 4:15 p.m.: Allen Scott, 52, of Rumford was arrested by Patrolman Brad Gallant on Rumford Avenue on a charge of displaying a fictitious inspection sticker. Scott posted $600 unsecured bail and is scheduled to appear in court April 3.

    Jan. 31 at 11:38 p.m.: Allan Hussian, 19, of Rumford was arrested by Cpl. Donald Miller on River Street on a warrant charging failure to pay fines for furnishing a place for minors to consume liquor. Hussian was unable to post bail and was transported to the Oxford County Jail.

    Charges

    Jan. 23 at 2:43 a.m. — John Messier, 41, of Rumford was arrested by Patrolman Brad Gallant on Waldo Street on a charge aggravated domestic violence assault. Messier was unable to post bail, taken to the Oxford County Jail and is scheduled to appear in South Paris Superior Court on March 6.

    Jan. 23 at 2:25 p.m. — Sharon Fitzmorris, 55, of Mexico was charged by Patrolman Michael Belanger in the high school parking lot with passing a stopped school bus. Fitzmorris is scheduled to appear in court April 3.

  • 11th District Court

    RUMFORD — The following cases were recently closed in 11th District Court:

    Stephanie J. Arsenault, 31, Rumford, assault on May 12, found guilty, fined $300.

    Samuel B. Chapman, 24, Greenwood, violating condition of release on May 10, found guilty, fined $200.

    James A. Dubois, 41, Rumford, fish violation of number, amount, weight or size on May 28, found guilty, fined $120.

    Katelynn E. Giasson, 23, Peru, domestic violence assault on July 6, found guilty, sentenced to 30 days in jail.

    Charges

    Jan. 17 at 1:27 p.m. — Judith Walker, 62, of Rumford was charged by Cpl. Lawrence Winson on Franklin Street with violation conditions of release. Walker is scheduled to appear in court on March 6.

    Jan. 17 at 8:20 p.m. — Linda Bradley-Smith, 48, of Mexico was charged by Patrolman Brad Gallant on Rumford Avenue with operating a motor vehicle with a suspended registration. Bradley-Smith is scheduled to appear in court on April 3.

    RUMFORD — The following cases were recently closed in 11th District Court:

    Casey I. Campbell, 29, Dixfield, violating condition of release, violating protective order on April 16, first charge dismissed; second charge dismissed.

    Dean S. Corbin, 47, West Paris, possession of marijuana, on Feb. 22, offense committed, fined $350.

    Jeffrey S. Glover, 52, Peru, criminal threatening on July 13, 2009, found guilty, fined $300.

    Erin A. Hanley, 35, Bethel, sale and use of drug paraphernalia on Feb. 2, offense committed, fined $300.

    PARIS -- The following arrests were reported at the Oxford County Jail:

    Kelly A. Hart, 41, of Oxford, Dec. 31, theft, $300 unsecured bond, Oxford Police Department.

    Brian R. Chase, 36, of Mexico, Jan. 1, refusal to sign civil summons, $400 cash bail, Rumford Police Department.

    Rodney L. Leach, 31, of Rumford, Jan. 1, obstructing government administration, disorderly conduct and criminal mischief, $800 cash bail, Rumford Police Department.

    Nathan M. Locklin, 39, of Hiram, Jan. 1, domestic assault, $200 cash bail, Oxford County Sheriff's Office.

    Charges

    Jan. 9 at 8:28 p.m. — Dale Korhonen, 23, of Jay was arrested by Patrolman Joseph Sage on Cumberland Street on a warrant charging failure to appear for criminal threatening with a dangerous weapon. Korhonen was unable to post bail and taken to the Oxford County Jail in Paris.

    Jan. 9 at 9:38 p.m. — Seth Matthews, 34, of Rumford was arrested by Cpl. Donald Miller on Congress Street on two warrants charging failure to appear for disorderly conduct and violation conditions of release. Matthews was unable to post bail and was taken to the Oxford County Jail.
