American Legion Post 24 Golf Tournament

MEXICO -- The second annual American Legion Post 24 Golf Tournament will take place at the Oakdale Country Club on Saturday, July 28.
This is a fundraiser to support Post 24 veterans programs and building maintenance.
There will be an 8 a.m. shotgun start two-man scramble. There will be two $5,000 hole-in-one prizes -- on holes #4 and #13. There will be prizes (men and women) for closest to the pin on #4 and on #2, and longest drive on #11.
Cost is $40 per person or $25 if you own your cart. There will be 17 foursomes (minimum of 14). Public signup ends on Monday, July 23.
Post 24 welcomes gift certificate of gifts for raffles, as well as sponsoring a hole for $30 or co-sponsoring a hole for $15. For more information, call 369-9053.
