Walton joins GRCC

RUMFORD -- Dawson Walton has now joined the Greater Rumford Community Center, where he will offer personal training to members, as well as conditioning classes.
Walton, who said he has 10 years experience with personal training, had been the manager for several years with Generations in Mexico.
He said he'll do personal training with GRCC members from middle school through senior citizens. Walton said they will develop individualized plans and goals and then push those people towards reaching those results.
The sessions will last from 45 minutes to an hour, at a cost of $20 per month. Free consultations will also be offered.
Walton will also be offered conditioning classes, which will be short, intense sessions lasting 30 to 40 minutes. Updates on this program will be provided on the GRCC website at www.greaterrumfordcommunitycenter.org/GRCC-Board.html.
Walton said he will also assist people with the proper way to use the equipment in the fitness gym.
